I completed my 200h yoga teacher training with the Clay Yoga School here in Berlin with my teachers Naama Itayel and Anya Kinneavy.

I have a slow and grounded approach to my classes, where I involve mindfulness, breath awareness practices and a combination of asana poses that are challenging yet accessible to all levels.

My goal is to teach classes where everyone feels welcome and included in the practice.

I mainly teach vinyasa yoga style classes. I love teaching meditation and holding montly reflection workshops with a focus on mindfulness and community building.
